There is a powerful truth hidden in Book of Proverbs 1:17–22:

Sometimes people fall into traps…
not because they were unaware—
but because they ignored the warning.

“They lay wait for their own blood…”

In other words, the very path they choose
becomes their downfall.

Greed… shortcuts… compromise…
These don’t just harm others.

They come back to harm us.

But then something shifts.

A voice rises above the noise:

“Wisdom crieth without…
she uttereth her voice in the streets.”

Wisdom is not hidden.

God is not silent.

The question is not whether He is speaking—
but whether we are listening.

How many times has God nudged your spirit…
and you felt it?

That pause.
That hesitation.
That quiet warning.

That is wisdom calling.

Lord,
Help me to hear Your voice clearly.
