Underestimating the Power of God

When we find ourselves caught between a rock and a hard place, we often think our lives are over. But God has good news—it is far from over!
How do I know? Do I have proof? Maybe God intended it that way, for He uses the least among us to carry His message. I am no prophet or preacher, only a believer—and that is enough.

“But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.” — 1 Corinthians 1:27 (KJV)

The answer to life’s hardest troubles is simpler than we imagine, yet because it seems too simple, we often miss it. It does not make human sense—because it is not human; it is divine. When we believe, we receive.

“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” — Mark 9:23 (KJV)

Life is not over for us. God, in His mercy, gives second chances. But these second chances must be lived in the light of His holiness, with new hearts and renewed faith.
Every trial eventually ends so a new chapter can begin. If we survived the last one, it is because God was preparing us for the next.

Repentance—real change—is the key to transforming this second chance into a life of purpose.

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV)

Your life can become worse or better—it depends on your attitude, your faith, and your trust in the Lord. Life truly is what we make of it, but only when we make it with God at the center.

The power of God is already given to us. All we need to do is believe that He can do the impossible.

“For with God nothing shall be impossible.” — Luke 1:37 (KJV)

Let’s set aside our pride. We are not in control—God is. The sooner we accept that truth, the sooner peace begins to dwell in our hearts. Life is short, so do not delay. Enjoy its fullness by believing in the power of God, and you will experience a joy and peace that only the divine can give.

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 (KJV)

Trust God with every affair of your life—no matter what it is. For it has been written:

“According to your faith be it unto you.” — Matthew 9:29 (KJV)

If we sow faith, we will reap blessing.
If we sow doubt, we will reap defeat.
God’s power is beyond our imagination—let us stop underestimating it, and begin living in it.
