When Life Feels Heavy and Nothing Makes Sense

When Life Feels Heavy and Nothing Makes Sense

There are days when life just feels heavy.

Not dramatic. Not tragic.
Just heavy.

The kind of weight you carry quietly while still showing up, still doing what needs to be done, still smiling when you don’t really feel like it.

Some days, the gripes don’t come from one big problem — they come from many small ones stacking up. Health worries. Financial stress. Unanswered prayers. Fatigue that doesn’t go away. Questions with no clear answers.

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t the struggle itself — it’s feeling like you shouldn’t be struggling at all.

But this is real life.

This space exists so we don’t have to pretend everything is fine when it isn’t. A place to admit that some days are harder than others. A place to say, “This is where I’m at today.”

I don’t have neat solutions here. Just honesty.

And maybe that’s enough for now.

🙏 More to come.
